Job summary

Fanatics Momentum in the UAE is building a regulated, UAE-based operator spanning Sportsbook, Lottery and a broader Fan Ecosystem. As Senior Director - Customer Platform, you’ll own the shared customer capabilities that connect those experiences into one relationship.

This role defines the platform strategy, builds the team and partners across Technology, Compliance, Operations, Data and Product to shape the customer experience and scale the business regionally and internationally.

Qualifications

12+ years of product experience with leadership responsibility across complex consumer platforms.
Experience owning multiple connected platform domains and setting strategy across shared customer capabilities.
Experience building and leading product teams in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Define the Customer Platform strategy and roadmap.
Lead the product team across the UAE Platform organization.
Oversee identity, registration, account and KYC processes.
Oversee wallet, deposits, withdrawals and payments.
Shape CRM, lifecycle and customer decisioning.
Drive loyalty, rewards and personalization capabilities.
Manage shared customer preferences and consent across verticals.
Balance platform development across Sportsbook, Lottery, Casino and Fan Ecosystem.
Establish platform metrics and investment priorities.
