Job summary

Visa is seeking an Analyst for the CEMEA Corporate Strategy team, based at the Dubai headquarters. The role focuses on shaping long-term strategy, partnering with executives to tackle enterprise-level questions, and driving competitive advantage across the payments landscape.

You will lead parts of strategic work, break down complex problems, and develop implementable recommendations with significant commercial impact. Prior CISSEE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications (must-have)
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 or more years of work experience in management consulting corporate strategy investment banking or equivalent
• Prior experience working and living in the CISSEE (Commonwealth of Independent States & South and eastern Europe) region is a must.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead and design part of a strategy that enables strong sustainable competitive advantage for Visa and generates tangible impact on Visa's performance
• Breakdown complex business problems; define a structured approach to addressing the component parts; independently formulate hypotheses and support project workstreams
• Drive deep quantitative and qualitative analytical insight, bringing a fresh and differentiated perspective and supporting proposed recommendations
• Drive thought leadership with novel, disruptive but practical and implementable solutions to business challenges
• Ensure strategies and execution programs developed drive tangible commercial impact, secure stakeholder buy-in, and provide a clear actionable path to implementation
• Develop frameworks that support prioritization of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities for their strategic and financial value.
• Develop clear, simple, and impactful executive-level communications with a strong ability to persuade and influence senior decision makers
