Citi UAE is seeking a Cards Portfolio Analyst to support growth and profitability of the UAE Cards portfolio. The role focuses on executing portfolio programs, optimizing spend, and driving retention and activation initiatives.

The incumbent will work with cross-functional teams to implement actions, develop dashboards, and ensure regulatory compliance while learning banking industry workflows and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Ability to translate insights into profitable portfolio actions.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio programs and initiatives (e.g., Citi PayAll, cross-sell, etc.).
• Assist in optimizing portfolio spend, actions like credit limit adjustments and activations.
• Collaborate with data and technology teams to define metrics and support UAT/test prep.
