Job summary

Higher Colleges of Technology in the United Arab Emirates seeks a professional to deliver efficient supply chain operations within a warehouse setting. You will manage inbound, storage and outbound activities, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate replenishment with procurement and campuses.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong English fluency, with Arabic as an advantage, and experience with ERP and analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; a relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred for leadership roles.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience with enterprise systems and analytics tools.
• Experience in a large, regulated government/education or multi-site organization encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, storage, inventory control and outbound activities.
• Monitor storage utilization and capacity to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, issuing, transfer, and return of materials.
• Maintain accurate stock records, item masters, locations, units, batch or serial information, and system transactions.
• Plan cycle counts and physical inventory verification and investigate variances.
• Prepare inventory and logistics dashboards showing availability, accuracy, turnover, stockouts, aging, and service levels.
• Support continuity planning for critical supplies and improve warehousing processes.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, controls, and health and safety requirements.
