Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; postgraduate level preferred for leadership.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage; proficiency in enterprise systems and analytics tools.
• Experience delivering governance, systems, reporting, and stakeholder coordination in large, regulated environments.
• Lean, Six Sigma and TPM experience is required.
• E-commerce warehouse management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations: inbound, storage, and outbound activities.
• Monitor storage utilization, capacity, housekeeping, and safe operations.
• Coordinate receiving, inspection, storage, issuing, transfer, and returns of materials.
• Maintain stock records, item masters, locations, units of measure, and batch/serial data.
• Plan cycle counts and physical inventory verification; investigate variances.
• Prepare inventory and logistics dashboards covering availability and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, controls and health and safety requirements.
