Job summary

KPMG Middle East is seeking an Associate Director for Valuations & Financial Modelling in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee complex valuation engagements, ensure high-quality reporting, and advise clients on valuation matters.

Qualifications

More than eight years of experience in executing large and complex valuation engagements for transactions, mergers, and accounting purposes.
Possesses CBV, ASA, or equivalent valuations designation; MBA/MSc finance or related professional credentials are advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee complex or large-scale valuation engagements within budgets and deadlines.
Ensure quality of reports aligns with KPMG standards and client needs.
Lead end-to-end execution of engagements including business valuations, transactions, and PPA.
Advise clients on complex valuation issues and deliver integrated cross-functional insights.
Collaborate with other service lines and support business development and proposals.
