Job summary

Consultz in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Valuations Manager/Senior Manager to lead valuation and financial modelling across the investment portfolio. You will ensure accurate fair value assessments and support capital allocation, performance measurement and TSR reporting.

Qualifications

MBA or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related discipline.
Professional designations such as CFA CPA ACA AVA are highly desirable.
815 years of progressive experience in valuation, transaction advisory, or corporate finance.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform valuations of portfolio companies, new investments, and divestments using DCF, market comps, precedent transactions and NAV.
Develop and maintain robust financial models for fair value estimation, sensitivity analysis, and TSR calculations.
Manage the group’s periodic valuation cycle with documentation and audit readiness.
Contribute to enhancement of valuation frameworks, governance procedures, and policy standards.
Provide insights on value creation, performance attribution and TSR trends to senior management and committees.
Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Strategy and Finance to integrate valuation perspectives into deal assessments and reporting.
Track market dynamics, sector benchmarks and macro factors affecting valuations.
Prepare concise valuation reports and board-ready presentations.
