Job summary

Rolman World Group seeks an experienced Customs & Logistics Supervisor to build strong relationships with Dubai Customs, JAFZA, Dubai Trade, and port operators. You will oversee inspections, resolve customs disputes, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations across import, export and transit operations.

The role requires 5+ years of UAE customs experience, 2+ years in supervision, and strong negotiation and leadership skills. Arabic is advantageous; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or equivalent (Preferred).
• Dubai Customs Broker Certification (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of UAE customs experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Extensive knowledge of Dubai Customs, JAFZA procedures, Dubai Trade, Mirsal 2, UAE Customs Law, Free Zone regulations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with Dubai Customs, JAFZA Authority, Dubai Trade, DP World, port operators, shipping lines, airlines, and government bodies.
• Represent the company during customs inspections and audits.
• Resolve customs disputes, shipment holds, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with customs officials for inspections, examinations, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Customs and JAFZA regulations.
• Monitor KPIs and supervise inbound/outbound processes.
• Prepare reports and train customs staff on new regulations.
