Al-Futtaim is recruiting a Commercial Vehicles Sales Representative for the HINO Trucks Division in Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales growth, achieving targets, and maintaining high customer satisfaction through consultative selling and strong product knowledge.

You will manage accounts, perform field visits, demonstrate trucks, and handle orders and paperwork while pursuing revenue and profitability goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a Commercial Vehicle sales role at a dealership.
• Valid UAE driving license and UAE experience.
• Experience with light, medium, and heavy‑duty truck sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maximizing profitability.
• Utilize discounts effectively to close deals while ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
• Contact prospective customers and manage assigned accounts within the territory.
• Conduct regular customer and field visits to assess requirements and maintain relationships.
• Qualify customers by understanding their needs and matching them to appropriate models.
• Demonstrate trucks, explain features, offer test drives, and explain warranties and services.
• Write sales orders, secure deposits, and process paperwork.
• Provide sales management with information by completing reports.
• Monitor and aim to keep monthly overdue payments within target.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay updated on products.
• Communicate training needs to Sales Manager or Branch Manager.
