Job summary

Dubai Taxi Company PJSC is seeking a Senior Executive – Strategy to join the Transformation Office. You will help develop and monitor strategic initiatives, turning market insights into actionable plans for the UAE transportation sector.

You will work with senior management and cross-functional teams to align strategies, monitor performance, and support long-term objectives, while benchmarking global best practices in urban mobility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate strategy or related fields.
• Strong strategic analysis, market research, benchmarking, and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in transportation, mobility, or public sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with objectives and UAE initiatives.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking for UAE transport trends.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs and strategic indicators.
• Assist in short-, medium-, and long-term strategic planning.
• Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor progress of initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with units to ensure alignment and execution of strategies.
• Identify strategic risks and help plan mitigations.
• Conduct benchmarking and research on best practices in urban mobility.
• Track global trends and contribute to scenario planning.
