You will partner with the board and executive leadership to define long-term priorities, track delivery, and establish PMO discipline and decision frameworks.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in strategy, transformation, or management consulting.
• Exposure to multi-business environments and executive stakeholders.
• Experience in the UAE or GCC markets preferred.
• Strong analytical strength, executive presence, and change leadership capability.
• Experience building PMOs or transformation offices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and execution governance across the group.
• Support the board and executive leadership in defining long-term priorities and tracking delivery.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives, performance dashboards, and transformation roadmaps.
• Establish PMO discipline and decision frameworks.
• Act as a bridge between strategy and execution.
