Job summary

Dubai Taxi Company PJSC is seeking a Senior Executive – Strategy to join the Transformation Office. You will help develop and monitor strategic initiatives, turning market insights into actionable plans for the UAE transportation sector.

You will work with senior management and cross-functional teams to align strategies, monitor performance, and support long-term objectives, while benchmarking global best practices in urban mobility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate strategy or related fields.
• Strong strategic analysis, market research, benchmarking, and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in transportation, mobility, or public sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with objectives and UAE initiatives.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking for UAE transport trends.
• Develop, monitor, and report KPIs and strategic indicators.

About the role:

We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Executive – Strategy to join our Transformation Office and contribute to the development, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for a strategic and analytical professional who enjoys turning market insights and business performance data into actionable recommendations. You will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to support strategic planning, monitor organizational performance, and contribute to long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategies aligned with organizational objectives and UAE government initiatives.
• Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and growth opportunities within the UAE transportation sector.
• Develop, monitor, and report on KPIs and strategic performance indicators.
• Support the development of short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans.
• Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and key stakeholders.
• Monitor the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives.
• Identify and monitor potential strategic risks and support the development of appropriate mitigation plans.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and research global best practices in corporate strategy and urban mobility.
• Monitor global and regional trends and contribute to scenario planning to anticipate future strategic opportunities and challenges.
• Support quarterly reporting on organization-wide strategic initiatives and performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, business performance, transformation, management consulting, or a related field.
• Strong experience in strategic analysis, market research, benchmarking, and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to analyze business information and translate findings into clear and practical recommendations.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within the transportation, mobility, government, or public sector would be an advantage.
