Job summary

Management Solutions International MSI in Dubai seeks a Business Development Manager to drive demand and secure profitable sales of materials and services across the company’s line card. You will build strong customer relationships through targeted market visits and strategic engagement to meet value service level expectations.

You will lead quotations, manage sales cycles, and collaborate with regional leadership to grow revenue and margins while traveling across assigned territories as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development, technical sales or industrial/material supply.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven revenue and margin targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Proactively solicit demand and develop new leads to build a sales pipeline.
• Secure quotations for catalogue and non-catalogue materials and services.
• Conclude sales in line with commercial policies including margins and terms.
• Maintain day-to-day relationships with ad-hoc and contract customers.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and support functions to ensure order processing.
