EDGE Group is a dynamic organization driving innovation in Space, Cyber & Defence. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding, with a focus on technical and engineering roles.

The successful candidate will build talent pipelines, engage stakeholders, and drive efficient processes while ensuring exceptional candidate experience and compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within technical sectors.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, specialist, and corporate positions.
• Demonstrated success delivering high-volume and niche recruitment campaigns within competitive talent markets.
• Experience conducting sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding activities.
• Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent sourcing, networking, and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to onboarding.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment across technical, engineering, specialist, and corporate roles.
• Coordinate processes to close vacancies within timelines.
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and direct search.
• Develop proactive talent pools and sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring.
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews, provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and recruitment priorities.
