Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai is seeking a Strategic HR Director/CHRO to oversee high-level HR strategies for a Dubai-based organisation. The role focuses on developing and executing HR strategies, training programs, KPIs, and postmortem analyses to refine processes and outcomes.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic with 10+ years in strategic HR, including senior leadership at large firms such as Emaar, Damac, or Al Futtaim, and will mentor HR teams, ensure UAE compliance, and partner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Masters degree is preferred for senior roles.
• 10+ years in senior HR positions, including head of HR.
• Arabic fluency is mandatory.
• Experience with large organisations (e.g., Emaar, Damac, Al Futtaim).
