ACCEL HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANTS is seeking a Talent Management Manager to lead end-to-end Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives, building a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

The role partners with business leaders to identify critical talent, develop leadership pipelines, and ensure robust succession plans for key roles, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and organizational capability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HR with focus on Talent Management and L&D.
• Experience spanning full talent lifecycle, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Hands-on in competency mapping, assessment centers, and HiPo programs.
• Experience in multinational, regional, or matrix organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent management frameworks and competency models.
• Lead leadership development programs and assess succession readiness.
• Drive career development initiatives, IDPs, and learning needs analyses.
• Partner with business leaders to build robust talent pipelines and bench strength.
