Star Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Hafeet Rail in Abu Dhabi. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews while partnering with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure Emiratization and Omanization targets are met.

Role requires knowledge of UAE/Oman Labour Law, and a CIPD or equivalent HR certification is preferred. Arabic language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Knowledge of UAE/Oman Labour Law; CIPD preferred
• 5+ years in talent acquisition/recruitment

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to translate workforce needs into sourcing strategies
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, agencies, referrals, and career fairs
• Coordinate screening, interviews, and offers; manage onboarding logistics
• Ensure compliance with UAE/Oman Labour Law and internal HR policies
