Job summary

Star Services LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Hafeet Rail, aligning sourcing with workforce readiness and national objectives. You will partner with HR leaders, build a strong pipeline, and drive efficient onboarding.

The role requires 3-5 years in talent acquisition, familiarity with UAE/Oman Labour Law, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred). Opportunities to influence hiring strategies and employer branding are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 3-5 years' proven experience in talent acquisition.
• Knowledge of UAE/Oman Labour Law.
• CIPD or equivalent HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate workforce needs into sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, agencies, referrals, and events.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical and panel interviews.
• Maintain candidate records and prepare offers within salary bands.
• Support Emiratization and Omanization targets and report progress.
