Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a PCP Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, screen applicants, and coordinate with hiring managers to fill positions in a timely manner.

The role requires 2–3 years in Recruitment & HR, proficiency with ATS, and familiarity with UAE labor regulations. You will handle interviews, screenings, reference checks, and onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with professional HR certification preferred.
• 2–3 years of recruitment & HR experience.
• Experience with phone and in-person interviews, screening and evaluation.
• Hands-on with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.

Responsibilities

• Source profiles and manage recruitment processes to fill vacancies on time.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews and reference checks.
• Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents for new hires.
• Coordinate visa processing, payroll transfers, and activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
• Provide weekly recruitment updates to management.
