Job summary

Avanceon is seeking a Supply Relationship Management Lead to drive procurement of specialized equipment and instrumentation, including wellhead control panels, SIS/ESD systems, and process instrumentation. The role blends technical knowledge, strategic sourcing, and regional market insight to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective procurement aligned with project goals.

You will build supplier relationships across UAE, GCC, and Europe; oversee RFQ/RFPs, contract negotiations, and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Proven expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier development.
• Strong ERP, e-sourcing, and spend analytics knowledge.
• Deep understanding of contract law and compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for key equipment and instrumentation.
• Identify, onboard, and manage suppliers and OEMs across UAE and GCC.
• Lead RFQ/RFP processes and contract negotiations.
• Mentor procurement analysts and collaborate with finance and legal.
• Monitor spend analysis and achieve cost-saving targets.
