Job summary

leading-edge is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Finance Manager to lead our supply chain finance function in Dubai. You will develop and implement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and optimize working capital.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supply chain finance, strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, plus ERP and Excel proficiency. Experience in the Middle East is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain finance, preferably in the Middle East.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain finance strategies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain finance concepts, including supplier financing, inventory financing, and logistics financing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
• Certification in any Supply Chain Finance, such as CSCFP, CSCP, CPIM, or CTP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain finance strategies to optimize working capital and reduce costs.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve best-in-class pricing and terms.
• Analyze and mitigate supply chain risks, including currency, commodity, and supplier risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and finance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track supply chain finance performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
