Job summary

athGADLANG is seeking a highly analytical Supply Chain Strategy Specialist to optimize end-to-end operations in the UAE and GCC. The role emphasizes strategic planning, procurement optimization, inventory management, and logistics improvements to drive growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification (CSCP/CPSM/CIPS/APICS Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or strategy roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze processes to identify cost reductions and efficiency gains.
• Support long-term planning for procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution.
• Drive transformation initiatives and best practices across the supply chain.
• Evaluate supplier performance and foster strategic supplier relationships.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and supplier compliance.
• Develop forecasting and demand planning models; manage inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to optimize networks and lead times.
• Create dashboards and reports to support senior management decisions.
