Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a contracts professional to develop, review, and maintain contracts that comply with applicable regulations, policies, and standards. You will identify potential operational, legal, and financial issues and notify management accordingly.

You will manage contract templates, maintain accurate contractual records, and monitor anniversaries for renewals, coordinating renegotiations and database inventories to ensure timely action.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program.
• Associate's Degree in a related field (Preferred).
• Proficiency in legal analysis and legal writing.
• Ability to navigate the healthcare regulatory environment.
