Responsibilities

• Identify training needs via job analysis, appraisals and regular HR consultations.
• Design and develop training programmes to meet organizational and individual needs.
• Budget planning and ROI assessment for training initiatives.
• Collaborate with line managers, accountants and senior leaders to shape programmes.
• Develop effective induction programmes.
• Conduct trainee appraisals and progress reviews.
• Create individual learning plans and training materials.
• Deliver training and help shape a training strategy.
• Monitor progress through feedback and discussions with managers.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met.
• Evaluate programmes and adjust as needed.
• Keep training content current with industry developments.
• Assist managers in solving training problems, solo or in groups.
• Stay updated by reading journals and attending courses.
