Job summary

Mashreq Bank PSC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced SE Relationship Manager to manage existing SE portfolios and originate new relationships across branch networks. You will drive growth by cross-selling banking products, ensuring KYC/AML compliance, and delivering superior client service.

The role emphasizes portfolio quality, monthly reporting, and collaboration with Risk Management to meet targets and uphold bank policies.

Qualifications

Banking sales experience with proven relationship management qualities.
Advanced vocational knowledge in Credit, Trade, Operating systems, Legal topics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4+ years of banking experience locally or internationally.
MBA/CA or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Improve share of wallet and target to be primary bank for each relationship in the portfolio.
Own complete customer relationship management for assigned accounts with superior service.
Conduct annual/periodic credit facility reviews and recommend facilities per policy.
Monitor assigned relationships for satisfactory conduct and rectify issues.
Maintain control aspects: documentation, client visits, reports, stock inspections, and formal credit checks.
Maintain acceptable portfolio quality.
Screen the market for NTB opportunities.
Liaise with internal/external advisors to ensure precise agreements.
Develop SSO learning curve and growth for higher responsibilities.
Collaborate with Risk Management and other units to achieve objectives.
Achieve financial and non-financial targets.
Adhere to KYC/AML and regulatory policies.
