Job summary

Mashreq in Dubai seeks a sales-oriented SME Banking Specialist to drive the entire range of business banking products to potential SME prospects and maintain relationships with existing clients. You will meet monthly targets, prospect in targeted markets, and ensure KYC/AML compliance during onboarding.

The role involves presenting products, handling objections, and recording activities in CRM, with participation in team huddles, training, and compliance programs.

Qualifications

• Confidence, persistence, and verbal/written communication.
• Basic knowledge of SME Banking products, service policies, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets in the financial year.
• Prospect in targeted markets while meeting phone and face-to-face visit standards.
• Present and sell SME banking products and services ethically and professionally.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to cross-sell.
• Adhere to Bank's KYC & AML policy during onboarding.
