Job summary

Qualifications

Banking sales and service experience with relationship management.
Advanced vocational knowledge in credit, trade, operating system, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
At least 4 years+ relevant banking experience in local or international market.
MBA/CA or equivalent experience.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a good team player.

Responsibilities

Improve share of wallet and target to be primary bank for each relationship; cross-sell full banking product range.
Own customer relationship management for the portfolio; provide superior service.
Conduct annual/periodic credit reviews and propose facilities per policy.
Monitor relationships and rectify credit-related issues.
Maintain control through documentation, visits, reports, and feedback.
Ensure portfolio quality and identify NTB opportunities.
Liaise with internal/external advisors to finalize agreements.
Develop SSO learning curve and grow professionals for higher responsibilities.
Collaborate with Risk Management and enabling units to achieve objectives.
Achieve financial and non-financial targets.
Adhere to KYC/AML and compliance policies.
