Job summary

Blue Rhine Industries is seeking a dynamic Key Account Executive – Signage to grow strategic accounts in the UAE and GCC. You will manage relationships, identify opportunities, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver technical and commercial signage solutions.

The role requires strong relationship management, business development, and commercial awareness in the signage industry. Prior UAE/GCC experience is preferred and a UAE driving license will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the signage industry.
• Experience in Digital Signage and/or Static Signage solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Prior UAE/GCC market experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key clients and strategic accounts across sectors.
• Identify opportunities to promote static and digital signage, wayfinding, branding, and visual communication solutions.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to develop technical and commercial solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through client meetings, referrals, networking, and market development activities.
• Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, BOQs, presentations, and tender submissions with estimation and design teams.
• Manage the complete sales process from enquiry to handover to project teams.
• Maintain regular communication to identify repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, production, procurement, projects, and installation teams.
• Follow up on projects and resolve commercial or client-related concerns.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and project conditions in line with margins.
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and sales forecasts in CRM.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in signage and visual communication.
