Job summary

Guerlain in Dubai seeks a commercially minded analyst to manage orders, forecasts, and budget tracking across multiple markets. You will coordinate with the Commercial Area Manager, Marketing, and Regulatory teams to ensure alignment with brand priorities and timely execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock coverage, processing orders and invoices, preparing novelties forecasts, and driving Sell-in vs forecasts with Power BI insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing client forecasts and sales plans.
• Ability to monitor budgets and P&L impact.
• Strong analytical and deadline-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and manage orders per client and track quotas with the Business Demand Manager.
• Build monthly Sell-in forecasts with Commercial Area Manager and alert on risks.
• Monitor retailer/agent stock coverage to maintain targets.
• Supervise purchase orders, invoices, claims, and credit notes; alert Commercial Sales Manager as needed.
• Prepare monthly novelties recap for order recommendations to clients.
• Forecast novelties (FAST) with Marketing and ensure Sell-in vs forecasts in line with Brand priorities.
• Update pricelists and manage 3-axis assortment with retailers per Guerlain guidelines.
• Coordinate with regulatory to ensure market registrations for product needs in each market.
• Assist budget tracking and expenses with the Commercial Sales Manager; contribute to budget exercises.
• Support trade activities by coordinating orders for Trade activities with Retailer Supply and Merchandising teams.
• Handle orders for POSM, testers, and related merchandising items to align with Brand launches.
• Oversee monthly shipment of POSM and merchandising items with Sales Supervisors.
• Consolidate monthly Sell-out performance by client and upload results via Power BI.
