The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of in-house recruitment experience within a large-scale organisation, preferably in FMCG, and demonstrates strong stakeholder management and ownership of delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Strong in-house recruitment experience within a large-scale organisation.
• FMCG experience would be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability.
• Experience managing multiple recruitment agencies and external search partners.
• Experience recruiting across functions and levels.
• Strong stakeholder management, interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Highly organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ownership and accountability for recruitment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using direct search, advertising, referrals and agencies.
• Conduct direct candidate sourcing and headhunting.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Brief agencies and monitor candidate quality and timelines.
• Review direct applications and agency submissions.
• Interview and assess candidates and provide recommendations.
• Manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability and compensation trends.
• Track recruitment activity and velocity metrics.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and channels.
