Role Overview

Our client, a leading FMCG business, is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Recruitment Manager to manage recruitment across a diverse range of roles within the organisation. The successful candidate will combine strong in‑house recruitment experience with the ability to manage multiple external recruitment agencies and sourcing partners. This is not purely an agency‑management role — the Recruitment Manager will be expected to personally source, engage and assess candidates while ensuring external partners deliver against agreed requirements and timelines.

Experience within a large‑scale, fast‑paced organisation with multiple stakeholders and significant recruitment activity is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles, from initial briefing through to offer stage.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using direct search, advertising, referrals and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct direct candidate sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn, professional networks, databases and other relevant channels.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Manage relationships with multiple recruitment agencies and external search partners.
• Brief agencies effectively and monitor candidate quality, turnaround times and overall delivery.
• Review and screen direct applications and agency submissions.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assessments and provide recommendations to hiring stakeholders.

• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and recruitment challenges.

Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of recruitment / talent acquisition experience.
• Strong in‑house recruitment experience, preferably within a large‑scale, complex or high‑volume organisation.
• FMCG experience would be highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capability — candidates must be comfortable conducting their own searches rather than relying solely on agencies.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple recruitment agencies and external search partners.
