Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job postings, networking, social media and other recruitment activities.
• Develop recruiting strategies and assess applicants’ qualifications.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate potential candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and legislation.
