Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Project Management from a premier institute.
• 7+ years experience in development or project delivery roles.
• Experience in real estate, retail or hospitality sectors desirable.

Responsibilities

• Select consultants and manage RFPs and negotiations with shortlisted consultants.
• Review, monitor and address shortfalls in deliverables and implement rectification strategies.
• Coordinate design development from concept to detailed design with consultants.
