Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Development Manager to steer the Dubai Festival City Masterplan from early planning through handover, driving asset value, budget discipline and high-quality deliverables.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage consultants and procurement, coordinate with owners, tenants and contractors, and ensure timely approvals, cost control and successful handovers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or Project Management from a premier institute.
• 7+ years in development or project roles with delivery, handover and closeout.
• Experience in real estate, retail or hospitality sectors is desirable.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultant selection and manage proposals & negotiations.
• Develop and deliver RFPs for consultant functions.
• Produce internal approvals while following policy and procedures.
• Review deliverables, monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
