Fisher in Dubai seeks an accomplished senior commercial leader to drive strategy, manage budgets and cost control for real estate development projects. You will lead procurement and contracts, negotiate with vendors, oversee variations and risks, and coordinate with finance, project management and legal teams while guiding external consultants.

A Bachelor’s degree and 15–20 years in commercial roles with real estate development, strong leadership and financial analysis skills are required.

• Mandatory experience in real estate development projects.
• Proven experience in senior commercial management.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, procurement, tendering, and contracts.
