Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is seeking an Account Manager to lead a portfolio of real estate agency clients in the UAE. You will be the primary contact, drive renewals, upsell and cross-sell advertising products, and analyze listing performance to boost ROI.

You will educate clients on platform solutions, share market insights, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor growth strategies. A 3–4 year track record in sales and a valid UAE driver's license are required to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of relevant experience.
• Valid UAE driver's license.
• Minimum of secondary education (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Intermediate knowledge of sales processes.
• Ability to handle client objections and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to exceed quotas.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients as the primary point of contact.
• Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising products to exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze listing and lead performance to provide data-driven recommendations for ROI improvement.
• Educate clients on platform products and ensure optimal use of advertising solutions.
• Provide insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity.
• Develop tailored account growth strategies based on agency inventory and business goals.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance client experience.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and present action plans for improvement.
