Job Description

Contribute to carrying out work related to hospitality arrangements for the relevant stakeholders and their official and unofficial guests, in addition to coordinating and communicating with representatives of official bodies concerned with hospitality affairs within and outside the country.

Prepare and implement operational plans that ensure the highest quality standards are applied across all operations, procedures, and projects of the Department and Hospitality;

develop quality management systems; and measure performance indicators to ensure alignment with international standards (ISO) and the standards of the Dubai Government Excellence Program, and to achieve corporate quality objectives in line with the Department's strategic plans, goals, and initiatives.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field from an internationally recognized university.
