Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in strategy development and execution, KPI governance, and strategic initiative management.
• Exposure to enterprise risk management (ERM) and business continuity management (BCM).
• Experience in large, complex, or highly governed organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, monitoring, and review of strategic and operational plans.
• Translate priorities into measurable objectives, KPIs, initiatives, and targets.
• Oversee corporate performance management with executive reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects aligned with priorities and objectives.
• Oversee the Corporate PMO, governance, portfolio monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop and implement corporate excellence and quality management frameworks.
• Drive process improvement, organizational maturity, and service excellence.
• Support institutional excellence programs, assessments, and awards.
• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management framework including risk reporting.
• Oversee BCM, crisis management, and emergency preparedness plans.

A leading organization in the UAE is seeking an accomplished Director of Strategy Office to lead its strategic planning, corporate performance, project management, corporate excellence, quality, enterprise risk management, and business continuity functions.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who can translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes, strengthen organizational performance and governance, and drive excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, monitoring, and periodic review of strategic and operational plans.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable objectives, KPIs, initiatives, and organizational targets.
• Oversee corporate performance management and provide executive-level performance reports, dashboards, and strategic insights.
• Lead and monitor strategic initiatives and projects to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and achievement of approved objectives.
• Oversee the Corporate Project Management Office (PMO), including project governance, methodologies, portfolio monitoring, and reporting.
• Lead the development and implementation of corporate excellence and quality management frameworks in line with recognized standards and leading practices.
• Drive process improvement, organizational maturity, service excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support institutional excellence programs, assessments, and awards.
• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring, mitigation, and reporting.
• Oversee Business Continuity Management (BCM), crisis management, and emergency preparedness frameworks and plans.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making.
• Build strong cross-functional collaboration and promote a culture of performance, excellence, innovation, accountability, and risk awareness.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration, Project Management, Quality Management, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience across strategy, corporate performance, project management, corporate excellence, quality, enterprise risk management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution, corporate performance management, KPI governance, PMO, and strategic initiative management.
• Strong exposure to corporate excellence, quality management, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Experience within large, complex, or highly governed organizations is preferred.
