Qualifications

• 8+ years of leading complex, high-profile projects or event portfolios.
• Experience in the Middle East region preferred.
• Ability to manage P&L and budgets.
• Strong cross-functional leadership.
• Data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-profile, complex events from planning to post-event closure.
• Own project P&Ls, develop realistic budgets, and meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams by setting expectations and providing structured feedback.
• Maintain project masterplans, schedules, and SOPs, ensuring disciplined delivery.
