G Sons Power is seeking a strategic, highly organized Project Director to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of major projects aligned with organizational goals.

The role requires strong governance, leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to manage complex programs while driving value and operational excellence. You will lead multiple project teams, manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree, MBA, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in project management with leadership responsibility for large-scale or complex projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial management capabilities, including cost estimation, budget monitoring, and resource optimization.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, reporting systems, and relevant software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement project strategies, execution plans, and governance frameworks.
• Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of major projects from initiation through completion.
• Oversee scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Establish milestones, KPIs, reporting structures, and accountability standards.
• Coordinate project managers, cross-functional teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, address delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee financial planning, cost control, budget forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize exposure.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contracts, and quality standards.
• Build relationships with clients, management, investors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Lead project review meetings and communicate progress to leadership.
• Negotiate contracts and oversee procurement activities where required.
• Drive continuous improvement in methodologies and operational efficiency.
• Resolve complex issues and make timely delivery decisions.
• Conduct post-completion reviews to capture lessons learned.
