Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Master's degree, MBA, or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Extensive experience in project management with leadership responsibility for large-scale or complex projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial management capabilities, including cost estimation, budget monitoring, and resource optimization.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, reporting systems, and relevant software.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities
