Job summary

EDGE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of PowerTech projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

A PMP certification and an engineering degree are advantageous. The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful project outcomes in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation to close.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools.
• SAP or other ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Create detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage project performance against them.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project progress and prepare regular reports on performance, risks, and issues.
• Lead risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
