Job summary

STRAGO is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to direct the end-to-end lifecycle of its global EPC project portfolio. The role holds ultimate accountability for macro-level delivery performance, transforming contracts into executable, high-yield operational blueprints while safeguarding margins, TOM compliance, and schedule adherence.

The incumbent will lead cross-functional teams across regions, drive O2C processes, and manage risk through proactive corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 15 years of progressive senior-level experience in global EPC or heavy industrial operations.
• PgMP or PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Demonstrable track record of managing massive global portfolios with total P&L responsibility.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or related technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end lifecycle of the global project portfolio with P&L accountability.
• Transform awarded contracts into executable, high-yield operational blueprints.
• Enforce TOM compliance and ensure quality and schedule adherence.
• Manage O2C processes, revenue recognition, and cash conversion cycles.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, end-users, and regional leaders to align scope and milestones.
• Drive S&OP cadence and synchronize global supply with demand.
