Job summary

Fundación UC CHRISTUS in Dubai is seeking a Project Director to provide senior leadership for major projects, overseeing planning, execution, budgets, resources, and teams to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, and quality requirements.

You will lead project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams, coordinating with clients and key stakeholders, while monitoring risks, changes, and financial performance to keep projects on track and compliant with

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project management and senior leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale or complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience with contracts, procurement, risk management, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and completion.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and delivery plans.
• Manage project scope, resources, costs, and timelines.
• Monitor project KPIs, milestones, progress, and deliverables.
• Lead project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, management, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, delays, and dependencies.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, cost control, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, materials, and project resources.
• Manage project changes, approvals, claims, and contractual matters.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and operational project issues.
• Prepare project reports, forecasts, and management updates.
• Improve project efficiency, processes, and team performance.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards.
