Job summary

Economía Circular en Andalucía seeks a Project Director to lead major initiatives from planning through delivery. You will drive strategy, schedule, and delivery, coordinating with clients, executives, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure scope, cost, and quality targets are met.

Required are a strong track record in complex projects, UAE knowledge, and formal PM certifications; you will oversee procurement, risk, and change across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and extensive project leadership experience.
• Experience managing large-scale multidisciplinary projects.
• Proficient in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Knowledge of UAE regulations preferred.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, execution, and completion.
• Develop project strategies, objectives, schedules, and delivery plans.
• Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, KPIs, and performance.
• Lead project managers, engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
• Coordinate with clients, senior management, and key stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, delays, and cost impacts.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, variations, contracts, and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate procurement, subcontractors, materials, and project resources.
• Manage project changes, claims, approvals, and contractual matters.
• Prepare progress reports, forecasts, presentations, and management updates.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and operational project issues.
• Maintain effective communication across all project stakeholders.
• Drive project quality, efficiency, continuous improvement, and successful delivery.
