Job summary

Emirates Industrial Panel (EIP) in Dubai seeks a Cost Control & Planning professional to support all project budgets, forecasts, and financial control. You will oversee planning, monitor expenditures, and prepare forecasts with attention to detail and accuracy.

The role requires at least 3 years in cost control and planning, preferably with MS Project or Primavera, and a strong engineering background to collaborate with project teams and third parties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience working in cost control & planning.
• MS Project or Primavera software is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide planning and cost-controlling support for all projects.
• Perform tasks required to develop and maintain budgets for a project.
• Control and monitor project total expenditure.
• Review cost estimates and make recommendations for future budgets or procurement strategies.
• Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely security and control.
• Prepare monthly project forecasts based on extensive knowledge of ongoing project activities.
• Perform project costing-related reporting to the team and managements review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
• Support accounts receivable as required during the billing processing. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues.
• Maintain the company's interests and objectives when dealing with third parties.
