Pioneer IPMC in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Project Controls Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting across a complex capital programme. You will provide reliable performance information, identify risks and variances, and support decisions with senior management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of project controls experience, with strong skills in Primavera P6, Excel, and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or related.
• 12+ years of relevant project controls experience.
• Proven experience in integrated planning, cost control, and Earned Value Management.
• Experience on major capital programmes with multiple contracts.
• Experience in PMC, EPC, or engineering consultancy environments.
• Strong governance, risk, and change control knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and manage the integrated project controls framework and reporting.
• Lead development and monitoring of programme and project schedules.
• Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting.
• Implement Earned Value Management systems and KPIs.
• Analyse schedule and cost variances and develop recovery plans.
• Coordinate controls activities across multiple contracts and teams.
• Prepare dashboards, forecasts and executive performance updates.
• Ensure data consistency and reliability across the programme.
