Job summary

Alfanar is seeking a motivated project support professional to assist in planning and coordinating documentation, scheduling, and communication across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones in Dubai.

You will help review handover documents, track risks, support design reviews, and follow up on approvals and invoices, contributing to smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment while working closely with senior engineers and project managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of work experience in project coordination or management.
• Experience coordinating documentation, scheduling, and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Documentation and Handover Support: review and organize project documents.
• Internal Coordination: support design reviews, procurement inputs, and scheduling.
• Risk and Issue Monitoring: track risks and escalate delays.
• Planning and Execution Support: assist in maintaining project schedules and milestones.
• Customer and Factory Support: coordinate FAT preparations and testing arrangements.
• Administrative and Financial Tasks: assist with invoicing documentation and approvals.
