Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, with strong organizational and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of project management principles and engineering best practices
• Understanding of budgeting, risk management, and project resource management

Responsibilities

• Support project documentation and handover activities from the sales team.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records, schedules, and updates.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, factory, and other internal departments.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and monitoring of key milestones.
• Follow up with design teams regarding approvals and project requirements.
• Track project risks, issues, and delays and escalate concerns when required.
• Support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) preparation and factory delivery schedules.
• Coordinate customer requirements related to documentation and testing arrangements.
• Follow up on documents required for invoicing and financial approvals.
• Attend project meetings and monitor pending actions and deliverables.
• Prepare periodic project progress reports and highlight deviations.
• Support project teams in resolving administrative and logistical challenges.
• Follow company policies, procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and introduce efficient working practices.
