Job summary

Worley is seeking a Specialist Project Control/Planning & Cost engineer to perform project control, planning and cost management for complex oil and gas projects in the Abu Dhabi region. The role involves coordinating with the Project Control Manager, developing integrated schedules, tracking performance, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cost targets.

You will analyze schedule and cost data, provide progress reports, and support governance, change control, and contract

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with extensive oil & gas exposure.
Minimum 5 years in a Senior/mega project control role on major oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
Experience in ADNOC and offshore projects is required; PMC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain baseline schedule follow-up, performance reporting and change control.
Develop integrated project schedule reflecting interfaces and milestones across multiple contractors.
Control contracts, procurement, planning and scheduling per company requirements.
Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports with variances and forecast explanations.
Support project controls governance and project reviews with PCM and senior management.
